Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for Eynvision Labs program fees. We aim to be fair and transparent. If you have questions not covered here, contact us at refunds@eynvisionlabs.com.
1. Program pricing
Program fees for each cohort are published on the Site at the time applications open. Fees may vary between cohorts. The fee for your cohort is confirmed in your offer letter.
2. Cancellation by the participant
Refund eligibility depends on when you notify us of your withdrawal:

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@eynvisionlabs.com. The date of written notification is used to determine refund eligibility.
3. Exceptions — hardship and medical
We review requests for refunds outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis in cases of:
- Documented medical emergency (participant or immediate family member)
- Bereavement
- Circumstances outside your control that make participation genuinely impossible
These requests are reviewed at the discretion of the Eynvision Labs team. To request a hardship review, email refunds@eynvisionlabs.com with a brief explanation and any relevant documentation.
4. Cancellation by Eynvision Labs
If Eynvision Labs cancels a cohort for any reason before it begins, all participants who have paid fees will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
If a cohort is cancelled or discontinued after it has started due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or critical infrastructure failure), we will refund a pro-rated portion of fees corresponding to the weeks of program not delivered.
If a participant is removed from the program for conduct violations (see Terms of Service, Section 5), no refund is issued.
5. Payment processing
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider — typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
6. Deferral option
Instead of a refund, participants who withdraw more than 15 days before program start may request to defer their enrollment to the next available cohort. Deferrals are subject to availability. You may defer your enrollment once; if you withdraw from the deferred cohort, standard refund terms apply.
