Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eynvision Labs website and any programs you apply to or participate in. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who these Terms apply to
These Terms apply to:
- All visitors to eynvisionlabs.com ("the Site")
- Applicants to Eynvision Labs programs
- Enrolled participants in Eynvision Labs cohorts ("participants")
2. The program
Eynvision Labs runs cohort-based engineering simulation programs. Participation requires an application, acceptance, and (when applicable) payment of program fees. Details of each cohort — including duration, format, pricing, and eligibility — are published on the Site at the time of application opening.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify program structure, content, curriculum, or schedule before a cohort begins
- Cancel a cohort if minimum enrollment is not met (in which case all fees paid will be refunded in full)
- Remove a participant from a cohort if they violate these Terms or the program's Code of Conduct
3. Eligibility
To apply to an Eynvision Labs program, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have at least some background in computer science or programming (formal degree, bootcamp, or self-taught)
- Be able to commit to the full program duration and schedule
We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, or socioeconomic background in our admissions decisions.
4. Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Eynvision Labs makes admissions decisions at its sole discretion based on eligibility criteria and cohort capacity. We will notify all applicants of their status in a reasonable timeframe.
By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in disqualification or removal from the program.
5. Participant conduct
All participants are expected to maintain a standard of professional conduct consistent with a real engineering workplace. This includes:
- Treating all participants, mentors, and staff with respect
- Contributing honestly to squad work — submitting your own code, writing your own specs
- Not sharing proprietary program materials, internal communications, or cohort resources outside the program
- Not engaging in disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior
- Complying with the specific rules of engagement outlined at program onboarding
Violation of conduct standards may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Intellectual property
Program materials: All curriculum content, simulation materials, feature request briefs, code frameworks, and program documentation are the intellectual property of Eynvision Labs. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publish these materials without written permission.
Participant work: Code, specifications, and other work product created by participants during the program remains the participant's intellectual property, except where it has been merged into the shared product codebase, in which case it becomes part of the program's shared work product. Participants grant Eynvision Labs a non-exclusive license to use, display, and publish participant work for program and marketing purposes.
The product: The B2C product built during each cohort is jointly developed. Eynvision Labs retains ownership of the product and product codebase. Participants do not retain ownership rights to the product but may reference their contributions in portfolios and CVs.
7. The product launch
The program culminates in a real public product launch with paid acquisition. Participants should be aware that:
- The product will be live and accessible to real users
- Participant-authored code will run in production
- The launch is part of the educational experience and does not entitle participants to revenue share or equity
8. Confidentiality
During the program, participants may have access to confidential information including product strategy, feature roadmaps, other participants' code, and program assessment data. Participants agree to keep this information confidential during and after the program.
9. Limitation of liability
Eynvision Labs provides the program on an educational basis. We make no guarantee of:
- Employment outcomes after the program
- Specific skill acquisition (outcomes depend on individual effort and participation)
- Uninterrupted availability of program platforms or tools
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eynvision Labs' liability for any claim arising from these Terms or program participation is limited to the fees paid by the participant for the relevant cohort.
10. No employment relationship
Participation in the Eynvision Labs program does not create an employment, internship, or contractor relationship between the participant and Eynvision Labs.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or program participation shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
